For her marriage to a mentally unhealthy man that God will either heal his mind/emotions so he can take his place as head of the family or let Mallory know that she should leave him and carry on with life as a single parent so that she and their two little girls, Viola and Ellie Jo can heal from all the disarray and confusion and MESS that he has them in currently.
