Rusty passed from a COVID vaccine stroke on 7-30-2021.Today was his birthday and we still feel his loss.It was a very hard day for our family.I saw him every day when he came to our home at lunch.We live and miss you Rusty today 9-20-2023 on your 3 rd heavenly birthday.Love Mom,Dad,brother Chip,son Alex,and wife TONYIA.
