The executive director of the non-profit I work for is very controlling, demanding and is a narcissist.
I need help and hope to tell me that this isn't the place for me. I have been here 11 years and the first 9 were happy but now the last two are awful with this new ED. One time I was in his office and he told me I should submit to him . I should have left then but didn't. Unbelievable.
