Please, protect and guide my great-grandson, Larry (aka Fatty, ). He has been in foster care for 5 years; the majority of those as a runaway. No school, no socialization, no religious guidance. He will be 18 this month (August) and intends to turn himself into the authorities so he can benefit from their assistance.
