I facing foreclosure, my home is to be sold June 7th,2022. I am trying to get approved for a program that will help me pay off my past due balance to save my home. The lender will not budge unless this program is approved and sends payment. I’m in the last phase pending approval. My house belong to my dad which belong to my grandfather and my da passed away January 20, 2022 unexpectedly. This house is all I have left of my dad. I pray for an approval, I pray for the finances I need to to save this house by June 7th. I pray for favor from the lender.
