Currently homeless. Through no fault of my own. Funding decision cut my position with a nonprofit organization. Lost our dog in Aug. lost our car in Sep. by April lost our home. Have not been able to gain employment. Just got on Social Security….payment relied due to losing bank account. Without direct deposit, it costs money. My son and I have no phones. I had a heart attack & no place to recover. My son is now staying at his friend’s place. It’s been a journey. Now I’m supposed to take meds for my heart. Can’t afford a doctor. Life as older folk ain’t easy, I just keep praying 🙏
