Please help me understand why I can't get over the death of my twin November Fifth I love her so very much. We did everything together it's so hard to be without her she was helping me I am fighting lung cancer and heart disease and bad arthritis I love her very much please say a prayer for me and her she's up with God and god's hands please say a prayer I still have family here that I need to be with Amen
