Please dear Lord bless and keep my family near and far and my loved ones. Please help me continue on my weight loss journey as I'm doing well but have much more weight to lose. Thank you for all of my wonderful doctors and for the good health that I do have. If I would lose weight my body would be extremely healthy as I do not have diabetes nor do I want to get it. I just need to lose lots of weight and keep on exercising. Help me to maintain my regiment of eating healthy and exercising daily and bless and keep all my loved ones safe from harm. Also, I pray for our world and for our nation for healing and for following your commandment of loving our neighbor as ourselves and not to be afraid of people that are different from us.
